Low Calorie Breakfast Indian Omelette


Vegetable Omelette:

Necessary Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped mixed vegetables (onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.)
  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • Salt and pepper to tastejh
Directions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bottom is set.
  5. Carefully flip the omelette over and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until fully cooked.
  6. Serve hot with a side of sliced tomatoes or a small bowl of mixed fruit.
This omelette is high in protein and packed with veggies, making it a healthy and low-calorie breakfast option.
