Gram flour curry, also known as besan ki sabzi, is a popular Indian dish that is easy to make and tastes delicious. Here is a simple recipe for gram flour curry:
- 1 cup gram flour (besan)
- · 2 tbsp oil
- · 1 tsp cumin seeds
- · 1 onion, chopped
- · 1 tomato, chopped
- · 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- · 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- · 1 tsp coriander powder
- · 1 tsp red chili powder
- · Salt to taste
- · 2 cups water
- · Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
- · If some gram flour plain dumplings are also put in this, then even better curry will be made.

2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When they start to splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
5. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
6. Add the gram flour paste and stir continuously to avoid lumps. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
7. Now put gram flour dumplings too.
8. Add 2 cups of water and mix well. Bring it to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame.
9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or chapati.
